Cedar Heights Baptist Church believes it's important to teach kids how to worship and why we worship. PraiseKids is a kids choir for 1st-5th grade. Kids learn basic music theory with the use of praise songs and hymns. The choir performs during Cedar Heights’ annual Christmas Night of Worship, and they produce a spring musical every year. Kids who have finished 3rd-5th grade are able to attend JoyWorks, a worship arts summer camp for kids at Ouachita Baptist University.

 

PraiseKids meets at 6:15 PM on Wednesday nights during the school year. The ministry is located in the kids area of the education building.
