Application Process

The following four steps for the Application Process must be taken in sequence:  

Step One

Before a student can be interviewed and considered for enrollment, Items 1-7 must be on file in the school office.                     

  1. Application for Enrollment (PDF) (Filled out completely)
  2. Parent-School Agreement (PDF) (Signed) 
  3. Most recent copy of report card (Grades 1-6)
  4. Immunization record
  5. Child custody papers, if applicable  
  6. Pastor's Recommendation

 

Step Two       

The administrator and pastor will review application information and schedule an interview.  This interview session will also include information about the diagnostic testing that the student must do before approval for admittance can be given.  A date for the testing will be decided during the interview.                        

 

Step Three            

The student will report for diagnostic testing on the date assigned.  

 

Step Four             

The parents will be notified of the test results and possible placement of the student.  The pastor and administrator will review the test results, discuss the interview and make a decision.  Notification of the results will then be given.
